Customer service varies depending on the person, a younger lady was not very help or giving me options when it came to placing a cake order. I was told that the ladies werenāt very good with cake decorations by a worker when I was picking up the cake. When I placed the order they said they weren't going to have time to do the full decorations but most of it they were going to be able to which I was fine with we just wanted a good cake since I had bought a cake here ones before. When I picked up the cake I was so disappointed I didnāt even take a picture of how embarrassed I was with my sister for her baby shower. They didnāt do half of what they said they would do based on the picture I showed which I was aware that they were going to leave out a teddy bear drawing I wanted on the cake. The writing was ugly and the colors didnāt match. The cake was undercooked and it did not taste good. I was very disappointed by the cake but I at least expected the cake to be good and this is what really got to me. We were embarrassed with our guest that were looking forward to eating cake. Itās hard to explain how bad the taste of the cake was I paid almost $96 for a half sheet cake that went to waste. Donāt plan on referring anyone here anymore...

So, we started to cut the rosca to find out they forgot to add the babies. I called them today and spoke to a manager which all she did was apologize which was accepted but didnāt want to provide any sort of credit towards the store for THEIR OWN FAULT! She kept saying that they probably gave my order to someone else which is not what I wanted to hear. I paid so much money and called with anticipation for me to get my order messed up and not a single solution. If you are planning to order for a big feast day, make sure you get some sort of assurance on what they can do in case of an error. We started to pick out some sweet bread (pan dulce) as we finishing up another customer walked in asked for the cake they ordered the young lady went to the back to get the cake...we processed to the counter to pay...all of a sudden the other customer cake was wrong so the young lady went to get the manager...meanwhile we're WAITING to pay...as the 2nd customers went to sit down to wait for there cake a 3rd customer walked in for there cake...I wonder where this review is going???...yup if you haven't guessed by now a 4th customer walked in and the same problem something was wrong with there cake!!!...that was 3 WRONG cakes & while all that was going on guess who was WAITING to pay for the bead I picked out 2 customers ago!!!...Never Will I Ever Go Back!!!...Good thing the bakery in CALIFORNIA delivers the Best...
