Well well well this is THE place to go for the most delicious Mariscos in Phoenix!!! I’m not gonna lie it’s pricey and the restaurant is hot and small and you will WAIT … but you will get some of the most amazing and delicious mariscos!!!!! Bring your patience and appetite! I wanted to try everything but I also wanted a cold beer so I only tried the shrimp taco dorado ( crispy shrimp taco) and the agua chili tostada. I was warned that there were Ali era of habanero chilis which I removed because I was also warned by a patron the food was spicy. The chips n salsa told me all I needed to know.. the chef loves spice. It was art on a plate really. We waited about 30 minutes ( my husband says longer) for our plates but I swear we were not disappointed. The place was so small maybe 30 people fit but we sat at the bar and it was o hot. If the food wasn’t so delicious I would have been a little annoyed. A man was making a fresh lemonade with squirt and I wanted one but they ran out of squirt. Funny thing is fry’s grocery is next door.. lol. There was so much shrimp and flavor in every bite! There should be a warning sign about the spice but luckily there were kind patrons who warned us. People were picking up party packs and damn they looked so good. Everyone waited patiently and each dish that came was made with a labor of love and attention to detail. My only complaint was it was so hot in the restaurant. Next time I’ll wear my hair up and keep the cold water coming. If you stop here you will not be disappointed. I can’t wait...
Read moreIf you’re looking for amazing seafood with bold, rich flavors, Mariscos A Todo Mar is the spot! My family and I stopped by, and let me tell you—it was worth every minute of the wait.
We went all in on the seafood, trying the seafood tower, shrimp tostada, botana de camarón, shrimp mix, and oysters, and every single dish was packed with flavor. One of their sauces had a solid kick to it, which we loved! Even the kids’ menu was on point—our little ones had the cheese quesadilla and chicken tenders, and they enjoyed every bite.
Now, let’s talk about the vibe—this place stays packed, and that’s always a great sign that the food is fire. The only small drawback is the restaurant size, but honestly, that just adds to the charm. We had a party of 8 and waited about 30 minutes for a table, but seeing how efficiently the staff worked made it clear why this place runs like a well-oiled machine.
Shoutout to the waitresses who were on top of everything despite the fast-paced environment. And the older gentleman clearing tables? That man was moving! It was awesome to see the whole team working together to make sure guests were taken care of.
Bottom line—this place is a MUST if you love great seafood, great service, and a lively atmosphere. Next time, we’ll plan ahead so we’re not rushing, but one thing’s for sure—we’ll absolutely be back!

Read moreGreat seafood. Ordered shrimp cocktails, crunchy shrimp tacos and a campechana. Great flavor and quantity. Served with crispy tostada shells and crackers. They need a better salsa for the chips and a better selection of hot salsa bottles to add to the seafood. Had to ask for lemon/lime slices which should be a given in a mariscos restaurant. The place is very small...about 12 feet by 25 feet. Walked in to the loudest and most awful banda music being played by a trio and singing beingg yelled by one person with a microphone. They even had a large speaker set up on the pay counter. It was awful trying to sit, talk and order while the music blasted in the room. We almost walked out but had decided we needed to try the food. Thankfully the music was stopped and the small band packed up and left halfway through our meal. I don't understand how you can have such great food but you care not about the atmosphere or the necessities of serving and condiments. Everything was too helter skelter in the small location. Makes for an unpleasant dining experience. The food was very good and we'll have to go back at an earlier time during the week when they don't have any...
