Got the plate of 2lbs of cooked meat, well as we were eating we found pieces of raw meat. So I called the lady said to go ahead and take it back with the receipt. They gave me another plate and I trusted that they would give me NO raw meat and I get home so me and my family can enjoy the food and there was raw meat again. I went in and told her I would just want a refund due to there being raw meat again. Well they were saying they couldn’t refund me because that’s was “a second plate going to the trash” . First of all you guys yourself checked and made sure I wasn’t going to have raw meat. Yes you had me look at the plate but I trusted you guys! I wasn’t going to look piece by piece because you guys didn’t cook the meat right. And for you guys to give me the attitude like if I cooked the meat no go tell the ppl cooking it to do their job right. And don’t threaten me with cops because like I said “call the cops!” I didn’t do nothing wrong for you both to be mad because I asked for a refund. Don’t throw the food away next time you eat it since it bothered you so much !! If I could give this place no stars I would !!!! NEVER...

When me and my boyfriend walked in, we were immediately given dirty looks as if we weren’t paying customers. I think they may have been racist, because although I do speak Spanish myself I heard the mother cashier tell the daughter to watch us. They stalked us the whole time we were in the store pretending like that had something to do and it really ruined the experience. I walked in planning to buy a lot of produce because I haven’t been to a carniceria in awhile but because we were so rushed out we ended up just buying chips and dip. AND the chips were stale!!! Like how do you have pre-packed chips that are already stale? Are you selling us expired foods?? I think the health department should be called on them to lower their rating. I do not recommend this store whatsoever and would rather drive further if it means I get a better...

Count your change and check your receipts!!!! I always have to correct them to get my correct change and most of the time will just round up and not give the change because they are too lazy to count the change. It has always been cents but last week the shorted my wife $20 on her change!!!! The staff is rude especially one short lady with a cuban accent that is always in a bad mood, she will not say hello or answer you if you tell her hello or thank you. She acts like if people are going into her house and taking food out of her fridge! One time she made everyone in the store extremely uncomfortable by yelling at the carniceros telling them that she was tired of “that horrible music” (Mexican music) and to play bachata or something. I honestly feel bad for who ever has to live with...
