This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had getting my nails done. This place was close to my house I thought I would give them a try. THIS WAS BEYOND A BAD IDEA. I went in wanting a gel manicure now keep in mind I had SNS on my nails that needed removed first. This place had the audacity to rip the SNS off of my nails by using an acrylic nail and cutting my real nail making my nails so thin that they hurt for a week+...Now keep in mind for a SNS manicure removal the first step is to sand off the Gel Top shine on all 10 nails. Next, you can either use foil with acetone or soak the nails in acetone for 10 minutes and then wipe off with a paper towel. There is no need to rip off almost every layer of nail to remove. Afterall SNS is supposed to be healthy for your nails SO WHY THIS SALON FEELS THE NEED TO DAMAGE SOMEONE'S NAILS I dont understand. Within two days my nails were breaking keep in mind with gel on them. So I went back in so they can fix the three that were broke... which they did accommodate. Here we are 2 Days Later and now I have another three broke nails one of them being the broke nail that they already fixed, keep in mind these are my mine nails (BEFORE COMING HERE THEY WERE STRONG HEALTHY NAILS) with gel on top they are not acrylic. ONCE AGAIN THAT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Gel should not chip or get fractures in it not in the first week of having it . Once again I've been getting my nails done a long time. I go back tonight to get my nails fixed for a third time in less than 8 days. And the owner wants to argue with me saying it's my fault for having thin nails when he's the one that gave me thin nails. BUYER BEWARE!!! Giving this nail salon one star in my opinion was too good for them but it was the only way I could leave...
Read moreHello! I typically am not one to complain publicly. But at this salon I had a very disappointing experience. When I went in with my mother and sister we got 3 full sets which came out to about 130, not including the tip. I have no problem paying a little but more for perfection but these were certainly not perfect. My coffin tipped nails which I was charged extra for because they are "so much more work to do" which are basically almond shaped with small dull point on the side. The shape is incredibly inconsistent and 2 of my nails are noticing crooked. The sad part about this whole experience is the whole time they were telling me how superior they are. My sisters nails were chunky at the ends and atrocious. My mothers nails weren't horrible but they were pretty basically shaped. Nothing special and they were the same cost as mine which was 45 dollars might I add. I have been trying nail salons in the area and certainly not expecting this. The issues did not only fall in the nail quality but the service. The female nail technician had the gull to call out my moms feet for looking like they needed to get done since quarantine. I'm all for being honest but she was extremely embarrassed. My mom is disabled and personally doesn't like her feet touched. So why was it necessary to call it out. I was given a couple dirty looks for having my 8 month old son with me as well, which I have brought to my previous nail salon with no problem. My previous technicians worked with me and respected the fact that I am a single mom and cannot just call up a nanny every time I need my nails done. To be completely honest I'm probably never coming back. The whole experience was something that I would not like to relive. I hope this...
Read moreI called at 9:43 to see if there was availability and was told yes then immediately told no but that there would be in 20 minutes. Got there 15 minutes later and was not put into a pedicure seat until 10:45 (it’s currently 11:46 and I am still not finished) Kenny was rude and way too rough. His fingernails are so long that they dig into your foot as he holds your foot. He trimmed my nail so short it was passed the nail quick. When Kim took over and I attempted to explain this she said I was just too sensitive.
I had gel on my toes. They didn’t not put in foils just drilled the heck out of my toes.
I got callus removal and he cleaned the tool off in my pedicure water while my feet were in the water.
While my feet were wrapped in Luke warm towels she drained the water anc replaced the lining and NEVER cleaned anything. The jet part is not covered by the liner and was not wiped down or cleaner before putting it right back on.
She had me put my feet on the bare edges as she painted my toes. So uncomfortable and I am sure that part is not wiped down either.
Another patron that got a manicure messed up one of her nails so Kim stopped doing my feet and with the SAME gloves assisted the other patron and then came back to me!
Cositantly on her phone and not to just take calls for...
