Edit 3: you can’t make this up…I came back home to display not even turning on and I noticed a case fan fell off from the top and now there’s no display. Not necessarily blaming the company but I live alone and don’t use to often as I’m busy ofcourse. But just confused on how a fan just falls off……it was the ram some how. It was the ram the “new” one they gave me. I put the old mixed ram in and it works but whenever I use the one they sent me after my last complaint it doesn’t display

EDIT 2!: Kyle has been super patient with me as ive been super busy and even my phone broke out of nowhere lol, but i do want to change my review from a 1 star to a 5 based on the simple thing that its a company whose very demanding on fixing there mistake. i cant lie they fr were blowing up my phone everyday since my review. but for once its a good thing! they sent out a new ram to me which they honestly didn't have to but i asked if they could because i just don't have time to do a long drive like that. and no questions asked they sent it out. I received it and installed it (which also they actually gave me a upgraded RAM) and its working great. thank you Kyle for your patience, like seriously i was so hard to get to, but he was very persistence, and of course super helpful!

bought a prebuilt here a few months ago, firstly they forgot to install the antenna connector. so I had to send photos and videos to prove they weren't there. which for a $900 pc i would assume they would make sure it was all good. but to solve it they sent me a usb wifi antenna which i just feel wasnt nessesarily as i kinda wish i could bring it in and they fix it. But also the guy who did sell me it was very pushy trying to up sell me constantly saying the build i pick is one you just "leave at grandmas and forget about it lol" which for a $900 pc i would hope it wasnt that lol. but also when i was using bread pay to select my payments...he was over my shoulder trying to tell me to do the higher number shorter plan as "you dont want to be stuck making payments" which guys! in my opinion taking the longer plan with the intention of paying it early is great! ive done it my whole life and its why i have a great credit score. But again just all the pushing from the seller saying im buying a grandma style pc lol. and to my payments? was a little wild. and also i just dont think its worth, always look around for prebuilts or even better just learn to build one yourself its fun! and makes it feel way more worth it (and ofcourse cheaper lol)

Let me start off by saying Meta PCs in Phoenix and Noah get a 5/5 stars.

I was at work the day I wanted to get a new PC, but I had brought my old one in case I could trade it in. This was the day after Easter. I called Meta PCs at about noon, and I wanted to see if they had any of their Meta Flux in stock. Noah informed me they currently had none, but I could call back towards the end of the day.

I called back towards the end of the day, 2:50ish, since I was about to be off. I called Meta again and Noah answered, informing me that they had some in stock! They only had white, not black, but I didn’t care. I preferred the darker color (white gets dirty too quick), but I’m not picky. I let Noah know I’d be there soon.

30 minutes later, I walk in with my old PC, looking like a lost child. I’ve never gotten a GOOD PC, only bought cheap pre builds from Best Buy, Costco, etc, so I was excited. Noah greeted me and I let him know I wanted to possibly trade my PC in and I also wanted to buy their Meta Flux.

Noah takes my PC and tells me “No problem, I’ll be right back”. Fast forward a few minutes, Noah returns, and to NO surprise, my PC parts were too old (cheap pre builds from Best Buy, remember) to trade in. No biggie, I understood why, and Noah was cool and apologetic about it. I tell him it’s fine and that I was financially prepared to also not have it traded in, so we moved onto the topic of the Meta Flux.

I told Noah my issues with my current PC and what I wanted with the Meta Flux, and he assured me it’d be a perfect fit (it was, of course). So, we agreed on going through with the Meta Flux. Noah said he only had white ones but he’d check for black ones. He found the LAST black one, even though I never even asked him for it. Noah knows what’s best for his customers.

We go through the whole checkout process while chit chatting about the PC, making me even more excited about having an upgrade like this. Noah was super cool and friendly the entire time. He didn’t try to upsell on anything, he was personable and cool, and overall was a great dude.

I would invite Noah to my Thanksgiving for sure, thanks man. 5/5 with Noah and Meta PCs.

Oh yeah, my PC works great,...

After years of using the same aging PC since 2017, it was finally time for an upgrade. Now that I’ve had the PC for a bit, I can honestly say it’s exceeded my expectations. Fast boot times, silent performance, and smooth gameplay even on ultra settings—this thing flies. I’m ready for school, gaming, and anything else I throw at it.
