Pics are of what I got vs what I asked for. I HATE my nails. I asked for a SIMPLE design with coffin shape and short length only for the tech to rush me during a slow Monday afternoon and sloppily doodle on my nails and left acrylic residue all on my nail beds. Not only were my nails TRASH but the lady that did my pedicure was so rough on my feet and burnt me several times with the nail file. They rushed me out before I could really inspect my nails and I had to get back on the road afterwards. I was scammed out of 80 DOLLARS for these nails and paid $137 total. The nail techs talked on their phone on speakerphone which was annoying as this is supposed to be a relaxing environment for others. I have been going to Nina for years and she always does a great job. A week ago I went and got a whole new set and my total was $111 and I gave her a $5 dollar so my total was $116 with tip. Well lo and behold I check my debit transactions and it says $126 from Nail Trendz. So I call immediately and Nina said oh no your money will be back on your card in 2 to 3 business days and to this day my total charge says $126. How the hell are you gonna just give yourself a $15 dollar tip when I only signed the receipt for $116. I never get a copy of my receipt because I’ve never had issues that I recall but I’m here to say please get your receipts and make sure you get charged correctly. I come here all the time . They have been really good as I don't care too much for design . And cause it was my birthday my mom wanted to treat me she thought it was a good idea to get a design well the lady that did my nails did no where near to the design I wanted and it was a simple one I don't usually do reviews but at this time I have 2 days I had to take off of work and maybe have to take a few more days off due to mY toe nail being infected I will go in and see what they can do for me hopefully I can get taken care of as I'm hopeless and can't walk or move due to this I won't be doing my nails for a long time....not to mention the lady that did my nails before the owner took over was so rude and on her phone wasn't even paying...
