HORRIBLE PLACE.I brought in my car because the back power windows didn't work.I knew it wasn't anything serious. I told the guy to call me "as i dropped the car off"once you know what the problem is and how much to fix it.i soon get a call stating that the windows now work and it's $60 I get there and ask the gentleman what he did to fix it he said he replaced the two back controllers I asked him for the old parts that he took out of my car he took a while in the back and came out with two controllers that did not match my car. When I confronted them with the fraud they had nothing to say and only returned $30 I advise everyone not to go there they...

I experienced racism within my own race. At least I was under the teachings that we are. It must be because I am a native of Phoenix Arizona and I speak mostly english unless I see that I have to use my Spanish speaking skills. Well, apparently I have it all wrong. I was called a Gabacho which means a white man. Ok that's cool. But according to the way it went down I probably would got a different price had I walked up speaking spanish. Este lugar siempre ha sido de mi preferencia al cambiar la ventana principal de mi vehículo, pero las 2 or 3 veces que he ido los muchachos siempre terminan rompiendo algo o simplemente no dejan algo como estaba.

El dueño es muy atento, responsable, y firme con los trabajos, pero son los trabajadores que hacen todo al hay se va.

Por ejemplo, una vez me rompieron uno de cobertores redondos que van en los plásticos de mi ventana, le dije al muchacho y dijo que podía pegarlo, se disculpo.. Así que lo deje pasar.

La siguiente vez que voy, otra vez por la ventana principal rota, yo mejor quite los cobertores y los guarde, asi no podran podrian romperlos otravez. Bueno para mi sorpresa esta vez no instalaron unos rematches de que ibam alrededor de mi vidrio, le comenté al muchacho, miro y lo metió así nomas y dijo ya esta!. Se notaba que no estaba puesto bien "sobresaltaba", el remache tenia que engancharse al plástico y luego a la parte de abajo. Ya mejor me fui. Llegue ami casa y para mi sorpresa había varios remaches que no estaban puestos bien, estaban todo levantados y mal puestos, simplemente no sellada.

Decidí escribir estoy porque el dueño siempre hace trabajo de calidad, pero los muchachos al parecer hacen las cosas al hay se va, quede decepcionado...ya para la próxima ya mejor yo remuevo todo el plastiquero cosmético que tiene el carro. Cabe decir que no mencione que no sabían quitarlos...
