I went there this Saturday to grab a disposable pen when I got there I had a pleasant time but there atm system started to break down while my card was in it so my bud tender restarted the system and had me put my card in and it worked I got my stuff and left when I got in my car I checked my bank account and it had two charges for the same amount from the dispensary so I went back in and told them and at first the manager told me they didn’t see any charges from there in but I asked her if she was sure and she was let me go look and so that was already a red flag because why would u say that if you weren’t sure in the first place and she came back and told me that they did charge me twice and that it was there bad so I asked them For a refund and they refused to me a refund and told me I had to contact my bank but we all know how long that type of thing goes so I’d rather them give me a refund they just completely refused so I asked for a number to corporate or a higher up they wouldn’t give me it and said they don’t have a number for that???? They ended up giving me points but I didn’t want that I wanted my money back that’s literally 56$ that’s supposed to be a part of my rent money. What a mess!!! I came in with a friend who had a miscommunication with the young man checking ppl in. I thought it was resolved because we were allowed in and I paid for my purchase and then my friend paid for his. My friend even sat and talked to an employee for about 15 minutes, after the fact. (Which I thought at the time was really cool) Until...a week later I go back in. And they tell me I can no longer shop there because of what happened with my friend and the young man. Which is crazy because I didn't even speak to the kid besides handing him my ID and saying Thank you. When I told them I never even spoke to the kid and asked why I was being punished...they wanted to come out of the back like 6 deep for I guess no other reason than intimidation. There was one young lady there that was trying to speak with me but the other five women were jumping in and interrupting and very rude. I wasn't rude to anyone the 1st time or the 2nd time. Ppl are just different out here in AZ. But soon as I walked in the place the 1st time I could tell their whole vibe there was off. I guess they did me a favor. I would rather spend my money somewhere where I feel appreciated as a customer. Would not recommend. But to each their...
