I was having a pleasant experience at first. Great welcome from the staff. Bottled water. Answered questions. But then when they showed me the rig I had ended up purchasing, (a $200 glass piece, which looked to be in perfect condition) this is where I believe things seemed to slightly fall down hill.
1.) The torch that the guy offered to sell us was low and under powered in the demonstration and was not all hyped up to be what he said it was at first. 2.) the glass piece I purchased actually came with a crack in one of the lower glass bends. As soon as I got home that evening I opened up my heavily bubble wrapped glassware to see a crack. I immediately took a picture and was disappointed. (I know the crack could not of been caused by me at all since it was wrapped extremely well and placed in a bag in a still position for the car ride home. My glass piece I purchased had to of been cracked from the shelf! I'm not sure if the staff was just unaware of this on the glass piece that they personally grabbed out of the case and offered me, because like I said they were friendly and helpful; or if this was an intentional situation. Whatever the case is it really sucks and personally I am not satisfied.
The guy who was assisting me did throw in a can of free butane and gave me a slight discount on the torch that was a tad more expensive to try and fix the first issue. Which I was extremely pleased with what he did here. But not sure if it was just a tactic that was done upon me.. I guess I'll have to start looking more closely upon the construction of the glassware.
I am just now seeing your reply Chris. I have posted the photos that I immediately took arriving home of the glass that was purchased from you guys. Like mentioned before the crack was located on the inside of one of the glass bends. When tested, Water would slightly drip out from the crack when poured into the water pipe. (Which explains the damp Paper towel in the second photo underneath)
I understand things happen and that the piece may have been missed. I would call but I do not have minutes, and I work overnights 12AM to 2PM. I feel I am always on a backwards schedule than everyone else lol. I have no problems removing my review or updating it if the situation is fixed. I just would love to enjoy a piece for the money that was spent on it is all.

I purchased an item and was clearly told that I can return the item and receive full credit back to my credit card. When I went to return the item the same person Slow said only a store credit could be granted. When I informed Slow that was not what he quoted me, he said I remember you and what I said. When informed that was incorrect and he'd be losing a 20 year customer he said well that's okay.
