Hilbertos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Glendale

I asked for a carne asada burrito instead I got a jr burrito. The carne asada burritos I've gotten from filibertos and other restaurants ending in __-berthos burrito we're twice the size. I then asked the server isn't this burrito small then he said, oh no it's because you don't have pico in it. Then I said hmmm. I thought the pico comes in the burrito, then I asked them he said no you didn't asked, however I asked for sour cream and guacamole. Then I asked myself every other other _- bertos include pico. Today i got a small burrito. I got home put the pico in it, it was still small. So.... I contemplated on taken it back but it's a drive to take it. I took a bite and it was very salty. I end up tossing the burrito. I paid $10 for a burrito that 1/2 the size, drooling with sour cream and guacamole, their sauces are exaggerated with too much liquid. Very, very salty and small. This establishment should be shutdown!!! My wife and I stopped here around 7 pm tonight she had the #20 and I ordered #2 then 2 extra tacos with guacamole. With drinks came to about $49. We live 13 mins away. When we began to eat, the beans were so spoiled that they tasted sour, the rice was the same. We each had one of the tacos that came with the #2, when we tried the tacos with the guacamole, the guacamole was bad. When I called the restaurant, first the cook told the lady to tell me it was because it was in the car too long!!! When I told her how close we lived, he told her that he just gave us what was left because they close at 8 pm. This was and is totally, and completely unacceptable. He should had made fresh food or just told us they were out!!!! But to serve us spoiled food just to get rid of it, there are no words to even begin to make that ok. So last night I thought I would try this place because I just moved into the neighborhood. I saw they were 24 hrs on the drive thru. It was 8:40 and thought great it is always open. I went to the drive thru waited 4 mins and got no response. Said hello a couple times still nothing. I drove up to the window and there was a sign stating "this week only open 7 am to 9 pm" . I see a lady in there and she was just ignoring me. So I called and asked if they were open. She said no we are cleaning. I said the sign says your open till 9. She said we are cleaning right now because we close at 9. We cant cook anything because of the cleaning. I said so really you are not open till 9 and you need to change your sign? She said thank you and hung up. Wow lol when you say 9 you are suppise to serve food till 9. I know I will not go back because they have horrible customer service.
