Tonto National Forest Supervisor's Office — Local services in Phoenix

This office is only open 2 days away Tuesday and Thursday from 9 until 4 I believe. Today is July 5th and i got there in time for the office to open at 9 I always advise that there's no one there to issue park passes. You would think that At least one person knows how to issue a park basket besides 1 guy who's not in today. There's no sign saying it's closed and it's closed and maybe somebody could have called another office to see if they could walk somebody through how to issue a pass. what a disappointment, you need park pass just to park and look at the area, when you drive to find an open facility there closed, so I went with a friend who had a pass, saw some workers sitting under a canopy eating and talking. Yet I took videos of our RC adventure Empty beer case,bottles trash damaged rafts,3 hrs later workers still under canopy. You would think they would be cleaning up the place.
