I went in there to purchase jewelry for my daughter for Christmas. I love to support small local businesses but I definitely regret it. They were so rude when we went back to pick up our jewelry. The older lady which I am assuming is “Yvette” was so condescending and rude. I made the purchase directly with her and needed to come back to pick up my ring because it needed to be resized. She gave me all the receipts and stapled everything together and clearly said anyone can come pick it up as long as they had those receipts. I handed them straight to my husband in front of her. She gave my husband so much trouble to pick up the jewelry accusing him of not having the original receipts and then finally decides to call me and says “your rude husband is here to pick up your jewelry”. Ma’am you are the rude one and very unprofessional. She never asked for ID and he clearly stated his name more than 3 Times. I was on the other end of the phone with him to ensure the pick up went smoothly. A ticket was never given to us only what was stapled all together and handed back to us. They have some beautiful pieces there but I will never be back nor would I recommend any loved ones to shop here based on how they charge their customers. I’ve had a lot of mutuals follow and post them on ig so I went in to get my son a bracelet - picked a few different options and got the price for all. I ended up getting a 14k one that cost 900+. I thought it was a little crazy considering I just bought my niece a similar one a month ago for 500 less but it was for his birthday so I was like okay… upon picking up the next day I saw the same one in my size (2x the size of his) & asked the price.. the lady told me that one was only $450 which confused me because it was more gold? How could it be almost 500 less than the baby one. When I asked and pointed out that the adult one is more gold why would it be so much cheaper she said they up charge for kids jewelry. I get all my nieces and nephews gold pieces for their birthdays and never heard of a “kid up charge”. Ridiculous. Highly recommend going to Miranda Grills in Scottsdale instead. from the moment you walk up to them, you can feel the genuine, warm smiles they give you, it’s an absolutely amazing place to go to. They dont treat you as another transaction, they treat you as a friend, and they truly listen to what you’re saying. I would love to be friends with all of them, they are people that make you want to be around them. I’ve never experienced such amazing service!

There are 2 things that are lasting me forever, one is the gold, they have such amazing variety of jewelry, and all of them are great at helping you choose the right piece. They don’t rush you, they don’t push you to buy the most expensive nor do they care whether you spend $50 dollars or $10,000, they care about you! And making sure you’re happy!

The 2nd thing that I leave with that will last me forever is memories, I enjoy interacting with you all!
