As a loyal customer coming here for years. Ive had a bad experience this last time that i went. I got a gel pedicure done on Saturday in which i noticed the polish bubbled up once i got home. I contacted them and i got it âfixedâ the next day. Again the same nail tech repainted my toes however, an hour after i got them done my gel polish bubbled up again but this time it felt as if there was moisture or something in it and the polish was sliding off my nail. I called them again to let them know what was going on. I went into the salon today. I waited for a very long time. As i was waiting i noticed one of the pedicure techs was free she approached the customers that were walking in asking what services they needed even though i had been waiting for awhile. I asked her politely if i can have someone fix my toe nail. she stated the lady that previously fixed it the last 2 times can help me i told her i didnt want her to repaint them if i can have someone else i didnt want to keep having to come in for the same issue. She ignored me and just brushed her hand and told the lady that just walked in she can help her. The guy that was with the lady was in shock on how she responded to me so rudely and carelessly. He even apologized for how i was treated. I was in shock and upset after waiting for about almost an hour. The previous nail tech that assisted me walked up to me and informed she was ready to repaint my toe i politely told her i did not want her to service me and i am requesting someone else. She got upset and walked away and told yvonne. I let yvonne know this was my second time having to come in for the same issue in which it was inconvenient for me since i have to find the time out of my day to go in. yvonne assisted with redoing my nail polish. while i was sitting down getting my nail fixed they were all talking about me in there language. Looking at me laughing. This was very uncomfortable for me as it was not my fault. Yvonne carelessly repainted my toe nail she didnt even clean up the nail polish around my toe.    Read moreI have been a client of this business for over 3years, today was the worst. The owner of this business has no respect for her clients time. It's been a few times that she has double booked, been late I have shown up and she is working on someone else, doesn't acknowledge that I am there doesn't apologize , nothing. Today my appointment was at 11 AM, I show up at 11, she is late. Her EE's tell me don't worry she's coming, ok? She shows up at 1140 looks at me and another girl waiting jumps on her chair she turns and tells me give me 20 minutes, really 20 more minutes!!! But I've been waiting for 40 and has always said to me that her earliest appointments are at 11AM. She's going to start a full fresh set of nails, it doesn't take 20 minutes. I sit there in disbelief I am not only paying good $$ but I am not a local I have a drive. After a few minutes I decided no more, I get up and tell her i am leaving, she replies i am sorry and continues about her business. I Know that my little $$ won't hurt her business, but if u r a busy person on a schedule, or just believe in respect don't waste your time. My Mother went for a pedicure appointment, and the owner refused service and kicked us out of the store because we came with my nephew who is on the Autism spectrum. This is in clear violation of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act which states, "Public accommodations must comply with basic non-discrimination requirements that prohibit exclusion, segregation, and unequal treatment". I chose to not make a scene at the time, but I would like everyone to know the type of discriminatory business practices that Polished Nail is conducting.
