Poor Service Fake Advertising On Line to begin with. I went today with my family for the Buffet so they call it buffet once we walked in and saw the buffet table which was a tray of salad, 2 large pizzas with only 2 slices on each tray so we asked the manager if thats all they have and if their bringing more out he said not until the pizza thats there finishes 1st then they bring 3 at a time like really. Then on line it says it's from 11am to 3pm we got there at 12 thinking my kids would have enough time to eat and play n they tell usit's from 11am to 2pm Online it says Adults pay $5.50 & Children $4.00 and We ended up paying $5.50 for each children n $7.50 for Adults My children were happy knowing they were at chucke cheese so we decided to pay for 3 kids buffet and let them enjoy better playing while myself, husband and 2 daughters waiting for them. And decided to go to Shakeys after Way Way More variety of salads to choose from same goes for the pizza. My 5 year old wanted pizza since his small my husband went to get him a slice and the jerk of the employee keeping an eye on the supposably buffet asked my husband for his wristbandn he told him it was for my 5 year old son and he tells him i didnt ask you that. So my husband told him well im not about to let my son get burn trying to get a slice of this stail ass pizza so we just got our kids and left. Dont...

Had to go to this run-down dump for an Uber Eats delivery to pick up one of their cardboard-texture pizzas and an appetizer sampler. Someone who I assume was the manager waves me forward and directs me towards the pick-up area. I get there, and no one staff is there to assist me. I try waving at the manager but she and three other employees are crowded around a register dealing with a customer and not even looking in my direction. Eventually, some employee, short and with short wiry hair walks over, side-eyeing me like I'm a wanted criminal, grabs a pizza box, tosses it at me and walks away wordlessly, ignoring me asking if it's the right order and if it has all of the correct items.

Incredibly disrespectful, rude and unprofessional behavior. I get that these are burnt out, underpaid and overworked first-job-evers. But this is unacceptable and I'm rejecting any and all deliveries from this location and encourage other delivery drivers to do the same.

And they forgot the appetizer sampler, which upset my customer.

Treat your family to literally anywhere and anything else. Avoid this dimly-lit roach pit at all costs. And if you're a delivery driver, just take the hit to your acceptance rating. It's...

12/5/14: This was my first time to cec in over 20yrs. And while yes, my son did have a good time running from video game to video game, there was really no magic or wonder in the experience. Gone were the announced shows. Gone was the feeling that you stepped into a fantasmal world. The whole experience felt stale and corporate. Sure the staff was friendly, but it really just felt like a boardwalk arcade, not chuck e cheese. And forget about food. It took over 40 minutes to get chicken nuggets and a cheesy bread--mind you the place was not really crowded. There was only 1 bday party and even then, chuck just walked around like he didn't care about being there. There was no awe, like when you go to Disney and you rush up to meet a character. It's a shame but alas, this is the new age we live in. Turn whatever used to be special into yet another corporate...

It's a great place to take the kids and let them have a great time independently. You can also play with your own play pass as an adult and no one is going to tell you no. You can either purchase points or time (in increments of 1 hour). I paid $20 for 30 minutes I believe of unlimited play time. Everything is done with a plastic card (play pass), there are no longer any more physical tickets you have to hold on to. When you win tickets they are automatically added on to your card to be redeemed before you leave. Unless you are playing a coin dozer machine, in which case a physical coin is dispensed to play with. Oh and don't try to shake the coin dozer machines to cheat cause I learned the hard way...an annoyingly loud alarm will sound and it's embarrassing.

The experience was amazing I went here with my friends for a five nights at Freddy’s themed birthday party and it was so fun!! Only sad part was that some games didn’t work but other than that it was awesome!! I tried to put in pictures without my friends faces in them. Most of us came in cosplay of characters from the video game five nights at Freddy’s lol. The food was great and seeing all 5 of the animatronics was so nostalgic 9.5/10 experience would go here again with my friends plus the staff was very nice!! Restrooms were pretty clean too. Only thing is the prices were a bit high but I didn’t purchase much so it’s alright. Love this place!!!

I haven't been here in a few years but this location has definitely been redone. Definitely feels more spacious but seems like there is less games. There is an additional charge to enter the trampoline area think it was $10 if not added to birthday package. Came on a friday night seemed lime they were very under staffed when we got there. It is chuckie cheese and understand the food is just ok. Wings weren't bad. Salad bar was decent. Definitely was clean way better than before. Kids seemed like they had fun.
