Five Below — Local services in Pikeville

I went in to get candy and snacks. I had the rolling basket. When I went to check out, there was a long line. 1 self checkout that a worker was using to check people out. When she started checking me out, I saw by the customer service desk was 2 empty hand carts stacked together. I stepped away and placed mine on top of the other 2 there. She looked over at the baskets and said.. I don't mean to be rude but they don't go there. Next time take it back to the door when you leave. As soon as someone says.. I don't mean to be rude...you're being rude. Been in customer service for years and that is not how you talk...

Uh.. disgusting. I went to the restroom here and it was absolutely awful. It was so gross. It of course had no soap or paper towels either 🙃 Also instead of this being a “five below” it was more of a “FIVE”?? It was one of the most pricey 5 below store I’ve been to. One more thing! They had about 8 self checkouts… but only 2 open. Also it was a CHECKOUT, which as an introvert w/ anxiety wasn’t very fun! The navigating on there is so...

I loved this so much, I go with my family 2-3 times a month and it is very worth it!!! The workers are so friendly and helpful, and there is a bunch of stuff I love here!!! The candy is so good here! And the clothing here is cute, they have some cute fluffy socks I saw and it was really cute. But the bathrooms? They were very gross, when I went in there was a bunch of toilet paper and poo on the toilet paper?!! Overall...
