Riverfill 10 Cinemas — Local services in Pikeville

Worst 3-D experience I have ever taken part in. The 3-D glasses were so cheap and the movie was blurry and had hardly no color at all. All my family that was with me were so disappointed that we picked this theatre to watch Batman vs. Superman in instead of driving to Lexington, KY but we gave it a chance were it was closers to our house but we should have went to Lexington, KY instead. This theatre should be ashamed to call themselves a true 3-D Cinema. We will never go back, what an awful experience; do yourself a favor make the extra drive to a real 3-D cinema especially when it's a movie you really want to see with your family. My 8 yr.old was so disappointed we will have to take him to Lexington so he can say that he actually got to SEE this movie, not a big blur, just shameful that they try to pull this place off as a...

River field 10 is the only movie theater in pikeville so there going to get business and they know this so they don't bother with updates or just general repairs.The seats are horrible and most of them are broken,last time I went my seat back broke and I fell right into a ladies lap behind me and hurt her knees.And all the other seats are just about that bad.The screen has scratches on it and a lot of other bad spots.The 3D is too bright and ussally barley 3D and the other movies are always droning out the movie your watching.I think they should respect there customers and do the much needed updates.They have gotten rich off of the people who despite the poor conditions still go there because there's no other theaters so I think they should give back and do the much needed updates...

Staff is not friendly, no refills on popcorn or drinks. Popcorn is rather stale, like it is from the day before. If given the chance or option, to go to the Movie house in Logan, WV. If The Williamson Movie theater is closer to you then just go there because they are about the same as Pikeville, just not as many movie choices. I have not been to the movie house in Prestonsburg, but I would gladly try it Seeing how they couldn't do worse then these guys.
