Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Pilesgrove Township

For several years now I have been buying dog food at one of the local stores that sells all kinds of other products as well as dog food. A lot of the reason for shopping at that store was because of the price on a 50 lb bag wasn't as bad as in other stores. Last summer however I was in the tractor supply and happened to notice they were having a sale on dog food that was a couple dollars cheaper than the other store where I was buying my dog food for pretty much the same product. Since the other store was about 10 miles from home and Tractor Supply is only about eight miles from home as well as the fact that it is in an area that I find myself doing a lot of other things I decided that maybe I need to keep an eye on the prices there and buy my dog food there and save the money. I have been fortunate to have caught a lot of dog food sale prices over the past eight or nine months and it has been well worth my trip other than the fact that usually when I go into the store I find other things to purchase so it ends up in the long-run costing me more but then I am getting something that is nice to have sometimes a clearance item or whatever. The employees in the store are always more than willing to help and seemed to know the store and what they offer very well if you have any questions for them. Well worth checking them out for dog food or other animal food as well as clothing or tools or whatever...

They have a nice selection of pet food, treats and toys for my pup Rumor. She Likes to go in bc the staff give her treats at check out (spoiled! Lol). Also, my husband and I go there often for fire stove maintenance stuff, warm clothes for work, and/or tools to fix things around the house or car. My father-in-law likes they’re clothes. He’s a farmer, and enjoys wearing flannels. He also has a plethora of animals under his care so this is just one of his locations for him to stop by for farm supplies. The staff are generally friendly and will assist if your having trouble locating something. I usually go with a picture on my phone with my husbands request so I know I’m grabbing the correct thing. Staff helpful and was able to pick up what I needed in one location. You can't find things without asking because layout doesn't make any sense but over all they were well stocked. At times this location is cluttered but they seem to be doing better with keeping isle clean and free of clutter. It's a farm supply store so I don't expect to eat off the floor but I do want to push a cart down an isle without knocking over boxes or waiting for someone else to pass because 2 people can't go down at...
