I don't remember the gal's name but she was very kind and as helpful as she could be given the messy situation. Took an hour and a half to get my number switched out largely because no one answered the phone FOREVER where she needed to call then we went thru at least 3 different people who relayed inaccurate information regarding my account so that took FOREVER to get straightened out as well. Then I was quoted one price in the store and a much higher price when the account was finalized. Questioned the guy on the other end of the phone and got sort of a "well, it is what it is" kind of response. Ended up with a new phone which was needed because the old one was dying. Hate the new one but that's not the fault of the store. Having to figure everything out all over again and set up all of the accounts again is a pain. Considering I don't know how to do any of that I'll need to go back to the store for help again tomorrow. Somehow I thought when all of the stuff was transferred from my old phone all of the functionality would be as well. Haha - NO. Wish something else worked out here in the sticks but it doesn't. Horrible when you're really not tech savvy at all and your 'old-sort-of-reliable' quits then you're thrown into a strange new world to try to figure it all out again. Read moreIf I could give a 0 I would. We went on Monday which I know was a holiday and I was grateful the store was opened. It was a present for my son’s birthday which was Monday. Donovan was there by himself and was very rude. I wanted to upgrade and of course the phone (iPhone 7) was not in stock. The price of the phone was more money than online. When I questioned why he just ignored my questions and continued with the order. He then proceeded to process the order. I left not feeling completely satisfied and felt I was ripped off. The phone online was cheaper which meant my monthly payment was cheaper. I called 30 minutes after the order was processed and he told me there was nothing to do to stop it that I had to wait until they actually received the phone which has held up me ordering a new phone for my son. Lucas alerted me to the current promotion which would give me the newest phone for less than a refurbished version of what I had. He explained all of my options, and patiently answered my questions. When I was done I felt that I was given the best deal for my tech needs while also serving my financial ones. All of this took place is a spacious, clean, and bright environment unlike any other Verizon store. And teamwork - shout out to Lucas’s co-worker (and I apologize for never asking your name), who filled in while Lucas was wrapping up with another customer.
