So, this is definitely a dive bar.
There are some regulars, but also a lot of people traveling route 40 too. It's a great place to stop and watch the game. Miller High Lifes are only 2 bucks, and they have darts.
The standing room is limited, but it rarely gets that busy. I'd say there's only about 7 feet of room between the bar and the wall all the way around the bar - so it's a small place.
The bartenders are nice and attentive, even when they're busy.
There is a lot of take out traffic, so if you smoke, it's a good place to interact with a flow of new people.
The food is decent, and the wings are pretty good - but... everything smells and tastes like old, unchanged grease/oil. Not only that, but the smell stays in your hair and clothes until you physically wash them.
So overall, if you can get past the grease odor, it's a nice spot to chill and meet new people. I suppose it really is just a bar on the corner,...

What to expect. Just a few bars in the area. Maybe... They don't care to make a better place. Bathrooms stinks.
The service is great, but sometimes they forget what you order.
Expensive place (wings are decent) Nothing has changed in the at least 7-8 years. Maybe just the jukebox or the A/C units that blow cold air on your back.

Read moreThis has to be the only bar I have ever been to that doesn't serve burgers, cheesesteak, or normal grilled food. The menu looks like it could all be microwaved, and it wouldn't surprise me. It's very cramped on the inside. If there wasn't a good amount of cars there, I would think it was an abandoned building. There's way too many bars, to waste your time and money here.
