When you sit all day, finding a quality, ergonomic chair is really important to avoid chronic pain. I have back and neck issues and it’s very important that I have a good quality chair that meets all my needs. I have scoured Amazon and tried two different chairs that didn’t work, so I was a little wary that I’d be able to find something here... but I think I’ve finally found “the one,” and within budget! ;)

Kevin was so patient and helpful as I insisted on seeing every available chair in the warehouse, and he didn’t pressure me to buy something out of our budget. He’s also just a nice guy and very easy to talk to. I found a really solid, great chair for an affordable price—MUCH higher quality than the chairs I’ve searched through on Amazon (and believe me... I have probably seen every single one!). When I brought my chair back to the office, my boss loved it so much he almost stole it from me!

I will be honest here, my initial impression was not the best. I went on the website to search for some filing cabinets, and when the little chat box popped up, I let them know what I was looking for. The agent promised that an email would be sent to me with a quote and specs on the item I was interested in. I never got the email, so I went back online the following morning, chatted again, and was told someone would call me with the information. By the next morning, I was still waiting for that call. Frustrated, I decided to go old school, and picked up the phone. Fortunately, Kevin took my call, and my whole experience began to turn around in a much more positive direction. He found exactly what I was looking for, quoted me a fair price, and sent me photos...all within about ten minutes of our first conversation. Long story short, we picked up the cabinets the next morning, and he will be my first call the next time we are looking for...

This is so funny. I’m a real person. I left only this one review. Let me explain why 1 star. Their sales associates were not helpful at all, even a little mean and rude. I was given to understand that my budge it too low for their store. I found them on Facebook, their ad said that their computer chairs start at $49, I was looking for something up to $200. The cheapest chair they actually had was $199, not the best quality and not good for using it for 8 hours every day with only 2 year warranty (I found better chair for lower price with 6 year warranty in the other place) I was not feeling safe while approaching their location and in the parking (area looked like a bad neighborhood). And now this response (absolutely not professional) made me sure i would never come back or...
