Tijuana Flats — Restaurant in Orlando

For the second time I placed my order online through the website and it has placed my order with Postmates, The 2nd time I get there and their is no order in the system. I then after about 10 minutes of the manager saying he doesn’t see it and I can call postmates recognize the order was sent to a complete different store 30 minutes away, I show this to the manager thinking he can just call Them and make my order for me, he tells me he cannot do anything and tells me call post mates and cancel, well postmates doesn’t even have a phone number, they only respond via chat, so I’m literally starving and atp my family is waiting on food so I ordered the food again and paid full price and Waited thinking I will get my refund but so disappointed I. The customer service like for crying out loud it’s tacos that I already purchased. I get in the chat with the ppl at postmates and they refuse to refund my Money and tell me they have no customer service number. I spend atleast 150 a month on tiguana flats and I am no longer spending my money here for how i was treated and how I just literally gave away 56$, I am contacting the bbb as well, if your going to work with certain companies u cannot make it the customers fault for their...

I came here with my friend and we were cordially greeted by Hailey. We got our drinks which were fruit punch mixed sprite and coke zero. We were very thirsty. The atom bombs we ordered were amazing. It like a little jalapeño poppers with diced jalapeños, cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. It was delicious served with Thai Chili sauce and sour cream. The staff was very friendly consisting of Hailey, Armando/ Assistant Manager, and Tammy/ District Manager. They always came over to our table and asked us how our meal was going. Our entrees consists of the Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl and Crispy Shrimp and Corn Tacos. The bowl had such a variety of ingredients I would to highlight which I really liked eating: cilantro rice, black beans, shredded cabbage, grilled shrimp, guacamole, sour cream, and my favorite pickled onions. The shrimp tacos had the same except it had fried shrimp. Each contained fresh tortilla chips and fresh Pico de Gallo. I would like to give extra KUDOS to Hailey for always checking our table and was always on top of the refills....

This Tijuana Flats makes me a little sad. The team is nice and welcoming, but the quality of food that comes out isn’t great. Feels like a Tex-Mex version of Subway, with ingredients already prepped and they just throw it together. I think this is a general problem with Tijuana Flats - the quality across stores is inconsistent.

Specifically, nachos are my guilty pleasure. But I don’t like queso on my nachos - just say no to soggy chips! So I ask them to switch out the queso for regular cheese. I’ve tried to order this favorite meal a few times from this location and the cheese is always just sprinkled on top. There’s no melted cheesy goodness that other Tijuana Flats make sure to provide. Without the melted cheese, the toppings just tumble off the chips. I’m left chasing lettuce, tomatoes, beans, and chicken around the bottom of my container using those previously mentioned room-temperature chips.
