I started going to The GymLab almost 2 years ago after I hurt my back and could barely move without pain. I had done all of the routine medical treatments and none of it worked. I started out slow doing 1 on 1 training to build my strength and before I knew it I was having more pain free days, then pain filled ones. After about a year of 1 on 1 training I joined the group training class that is led by Ali and its changed my life. I never would have thought I would be someone that wanted to work out, and looked forward to it. But now i do. Ali is amazing, and she makes working out something i WANT to do. I would go everyday if i could.
Ali is a phenomenal trainer. She cares so much about everyone at the gym, caters workouts for each individual and their needs, she makes working out fun, and knows just how to create workouts where you didn't even realize you did 30 burpees.
