NOTE: This is a review for an online purchase only. The ordering process was easy and the product was shipped timely in great packaging. If you have seen the hat you want in person somewhere and you are on the Fashionable Hats site for a better price, you can’t go wrong. If you have never seen the hat before and you want to try before you buy, WARNING the privilege of trying on the hat will cost you $10.50. For a company with “Hassle Free” returns and “Free Return Labels” this seems a little misleading. To be clear, this charge is mentioned on the site after you read on after the hassle free and free return label piece. I am posting this review for those who don’t think it is worth $10.50 to try on a hat. In my case, I bought a Stetson straw fedora. The build quality was far below what I would think a Stetson would be and the crown of the hat was far too high to look good. Lesson learned here, I will be trying hats on in person free of charge...

I needed a hat for my sister's funeral 3/1/25. I ordered the hat on 2/24/25 and I was reassured by their rep. Chenelle, that I would get that hat by 2/27. I was told it would go out at 10am the next day, so at 2pm on 2/25/25, I called to ask when will this hat ship?They would not answer my phone call. I left 3 messages and informed them, that I paid 25 dollars extra to have hat shipped in time and that if hasn't arrived on or by 2/28 I would no longer need the hat and I would be returning it, unopened and would call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I won't order from these people again because they wouldn't return my call and I noticed that shortly after I left that first message, miraculously, the hat was picked up by Fed Ex. I bought two fedoras today. Drove an hour to the shop to find my right size. I have to say it was worth the trip. The young lady working, Daniella I think was her name, was just fantastic. She spent about an hour trying to find me something and get the right size. She also steered me away from hats she said were crappy. I ended up getting a Stetson and Walrus fedoras. She was super helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. The owners were very nice too. A big selection of canes too. I'll definitely go back when they get more sizes in.
