I brought a iPhone pro max 256g from them. And then I’ll here was mix up in my he pricing I was given, it was a little more then I was told at the beginning. But they were very nice in getting the pricing right for me to understand. I had no problem paying it they were very nice and understanding and when I went to pick up my phone they made sure all my stuff was transferred to my new phone and even gave me a free case and a glass screen protector and even a pop socket! And to top it all off for my troubles with the pricing they gave me a free home mini!!!!!!!! I was so happy and excited all at the same time! I really appreciate the both of them and appreciate them being as nice as they were keeping in touch to let me know when and what time my phone would be available. So all in all I am very satisfied and pleased with secondhand cellular and the owners are hank you both!!! I’ll definitely be referring people here looking for great phones at reasonable prices! Thank you both so much!!!!!...

Jake is the man! Went well out his way to accommodate me the day before a trip to get me a phone that worked for me. Had a couple criteria, smaller 4.7” and at least 128gb. Other than the newest iPhones that filters down to a couple options i8 and SE 202 version. I called a LOT of places, including Apple, Best Buy, Target, etc.. but none met my needs. I even considered just getting my phone repaired but he offered some great options and very affordable prices then came through in just a few days of back and forth. He has great communication and superior knowledge of this field and proved he does the due diligence of testing the phones he sells and makes sure your happy before paying. Highly recommend! He has plenty in stock obviously but for older phones w my pickiness, it’s understandable it took a few days but much faster than Apple and Best Buy were saying a couple weeks! Oh and it’s unlocked...

Purchased (2) iPhone 8+’s from these guys after exhaustive internet searching for a used iPhone. Almost all of my inquiries on line seemed shady and I was not comfortable making a purchase online and possibly loosing a substantial amount of money. I made the 28 mile drive to do business face2face with these guys. After almost 2 months, 1 of my phones were shut off because previous owner not only sold the phone for cash but then turned in an insurance claim to collect on it again. That phone was then useless. I contacted Secondhand Cellular in regards to the matter and professionally, empathetically, and efficiently they replaced the phone. I could have purchased these phones cheaper and could have found them closer but I also could have not had the warranty that Secondhand gave. Nice to see stand up people and a stand up company.
