The nail tech which is the owners wife messed up my nails, i called they totally ignored me. I went back two weeks later, and they husband and wife refused to do my nails. Stating they were booked/full she said "no more today" it was 11 am in the morning. I feel like they are upset because i told them she did not correctly do my nails. There was no heated discussion or anything. I did ask for the lady who usually did my nails they said she had left the country. I showed her the owners wife where she had made an error and she totally dismissed it. So how is it if i refuse to pay owners call police, but when i return just for service you reject me. Thank God for other nail salons! Could it be my Race??...

First and last time here! I got my gel mani yesterday, and it’s already chipping! They were barely busy, but the woman who did my nails told me I didn’t need a manicure, just a gel polish. I wanted a manicure, but I went with her suggestion. I realize later it’s because she was rushing... it looked ok when I left, some gel on my skin as usual, but after giving it some time, the gel was all on my cuticle, therefore nothing actually bonded to my nail and they’re chipping at the top! I got my nails done for 2 events this week, so regrettably I’ll have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get it fixed. Save your money, and go...

My girlfriend requested a certain type of nail, showed the manicurist a couple times what it looked like from her phone. She proceeded to do a completely different nail. They were too long even when she told her to shorten them multiple times, they were one solid color instead of being a fade as requested, and after they were completed and dislike expressed, the manicurist said she should've said something earlier and it was too late to do something about it now, even though she was told multiple times and given a visual. Then she was charged $40 for the service, even though it wasn't what she wanted and she didn't like...
