I wasn't going to leave a review until my mother came out to the car and told me what the manager had said in there. It wasn't entirely bad. The little lady just needs to learn how to make eggs. Over medium eggs, the whites are all the way cooked and the yellow is runny. Not the other way around. She brought me over light eggs, and I asked to have them recooked to over medium bc that snot looking white sitting on my plate grosses me out. They wanted me to keep those eggs and bring me some more. No please come take care of your customers. Manager shouldn't be telling the grill op " you did everything right, there are just in a hurry and didn't want to wait." Well. She didn't do everything right and I was willing to wait for her to fix them a third time but she started cussing at the grill!!! Is it the customers fault you didn't make the eggs or remake them correctly a second time? It is not. My family's food was fine, and they took my meal off bc by the time all this happened my hashbrowns and meat were cold. We could have done without all the extra rude talk. When you all mess up, there are very simple things you can do to make it right and cussing behind the line or talking passive aggressivly isn't it. But it worked out in the end bc I went to bojangles where they got my order right and gave zero attitude. Our server didn't even bother to make sure everything was fine. She got thr food, dropped it off and left and sat down to eat. (I get it! I do! But come on!!!!) Make sure your people has everything they need first and their food is right. Have that be a private conversation between you and the grilloperator. . Grill operator don't get pissed if you need to make eggs over again. Paying customers should have their food done right.
