TL;DR Don't order Cheddar Bo's from here. They suck at it.
Horrible service, manager turns a blind eye to it and doesn't care about customer complaints about the service. Went through the drive-thru and ordered some Cheddar Bo's this morning. The cars in front must have ordered something similar since it was 15 min until I got to the window to pay. Once there and paid I was informed that the cheddar Bo's were not ready and that they would need to be made. Okay, sure. Pulled forward to wait for those delicious morsels. 10 long minutes later the manager brings my food out. I was not happy that it took 7 min longer than it would take to make the cheddar Bo from start to finish. When the manager approached me he gave the dismissive "Sorry for the wait" and turned to walk away without waiting for a response. I called out to him "Just so you know I waited 10 minutes." and he kept walking without turning around or acknowledging what I'd said. So I followed that up with "It doesn't take 10 minutes to make a Cheddar Bo." Without stopping he dismissively yelled over his shoulder "I understand." and went back inside. Once I got home and had a look at the Bo's I'd received, I see that one of them was over-cooked. Not sure if it was from sitting under the heat lamp for several minutes or what. The top biscuit half is slightly burnt and hard, while the cheddar that is outside the biscuit is inedible; surely it could cut steel. Seriously W.t.F. The other Bo wasn't burnt at all. So these two didn't come from the same batch. How is it that I had to wait 10 minutes and got Bo's from different batches? Aren't these supposed to be fresh? No. Just no. Horrible customer service. Don't get Cheddar Bo's from here if you are using...
Read moreI've eaten here once or twice. The food is fine. It's Bojangles. What do you expect? My specific problem is with an employee that may work here. I want to clarify that I do not know if she works here, but she was in uniform and this is the closest Bojangles to my place of business, so I assume she does. This employee came into my job and was very loud, obnoxious, and unreasonable. She raised her voice at me and tried to make me feel small even though I was just doing my job. I honestly cannot think of anything I did to make her act this way. I was as polite as one can be at 6:30 in the morning. At some point, she told me to stop talking and, not wanting to anger her further, I did. She demanded my store number and name because she wanted to complain about me. About what? I do not know but I gave them to her. I know this isn't going to do anything, but if she's going to complain about me, I wanted to make sure I did also. How she behaved this morning is completely unacceptable, and if it's people like this Bojangles employs, it's no wonder it's going down the tubes. I'm not asking for perfection. I'm asking for respect. As customer service employees, we are the only people who understand what each other have gone through. We need to stick together. We need to have each other's back. We do not need to belittle each other because we are having a bad day. I do my best to maintain a level of professionalism, and all I ask is that she also do the same. She can complain about me all she wants, but we have security cameras, and my boss will be able to clearly see that I didn't do anything wrong. Read moreFirst this is a complaint for friendliness as well as accuracy. When I went to place my order the worker was cutting me off on the speaker and talking fast as if rushing. When I got to the window she was not there yet so I kept my window up because it was cold. She came to the window opened it fast and held her hand right outside my window it hadn’t even be 2 seconds since the window had opened. She gave me a small Bo round instead of a medium which I said at the speaker but she cut me off so I’m sure that’s why she missed it. When I said I ordered a medium Bo round she walked away came back and handed me to Bo rounds by themselves. I was confused and asked why I just got 2 more Bo rounds and could not just get a replacement with the proper size(yes I like the cardboard the medium comes in. No one likes the little paper things) she very rudely and with much attitude said “a medium is 6 Bo rounds if you got 4 in there now you got a medium”. Now I’m all about the rules but I should not have to explain how this customer service after an error is not acceptable. And I’m only writing this because this is my 3rd bad experience from this lady. She is always mean in the morning for no reason.
