Aracely was very good to work with, she was very friendly and worked with us to get us taken care of, she made the experience very easy. However, I was not very impressed with my interactions with the manager, in both interactions I felt I was ābothering himā, we had ordered phones about a month ago and not heard back, so we decided to stop in store to see if they were there, he asked if they had called us and I said no, he told us if we had not called,the phones were not there in a (which they were) and he seemed frustrated that we were even in there, we asked him to check and he did, thatās when we got switched over to Aracely, who was great, the manager never said anything to us after that interaction.Iām sure it was just a misunderstanding, but those interactions were not very welcoming.Iām writing this review to inform and provide feedback to hopefully improve further interactions with other customers. I was stranded in Pipestone overnight because of a snowstorm and my phone completely broke. I was worried about driving all the way back to campus with no phone in the awful weather and my family lives six hours away. Aracely was SO helpful and sweet and sat with me for an hour as I went through the entire trade-in process and set up my new phone, called my parents to help verify my information, and helped ease my anxiety regarding my situation. I was furious with the company's horrible customer support and fundamental failures in business process and, even, honesty. However, shortly after arriving at the Pipestone store, Ariceli had begun unravelling the costly yet worthless hairball of an order Verizon had imposed upon me and, a couple hours later, I walked out of the store with a superior plan and more appropriate, better, AND less costly devices for 3 lines.
