Ebony Beauty Supply — Local services in Pittsburg

I have been to this store numerous times and always buy at least 2 wigs everytime if not more. Never had an issue until tonight. Arrived about 10 minutes before closing. I already knew which wigs I wanted. I asked the store clerk if she could please get down a specific one that I wanted that was up on a shelf she's stated no I cannot because we are closing in 5 minutes. There was no other customers in the store and there was another sales clerk there they just stood there and say anything either when I went to check out I was using my Visa gift card and she told me that they do not accept that type of payments when I've used that type of payments there numerous amount of times I just feel that she was too worried about getting up out of there instead of making the store money which is why the store is there she had a major lack of customer service in my opinion she was just lazy I highly doubt I'll be taking my business back there anymore and if she was my employee she would no...

My experience at ebony beauty supply was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life. When I was walking down each aisle to look for products there were two women who kept rotating and following me down each aisle. Regardless of how much money you've previously spent in the store, they always, ALWAYS follow you around like youre going to steal something. And they don't honor the price tags on the hair sometimes. They change it when you get to the counter because it was a "mistake". I generally don't leave reviews.. But I'll never, ever go back to this store. Ever. Their customer service stinks, and they're prejudice....
