8am on the 2nd day of being open and they are sold out of several items. I had to drive to the one on Railroad to get a cold brew. Poor planning!! Edit next day: ordered ahead, still waiting for drinks after 40 mins. Lots of frustrated customers. They need to hire several more people to keep up with demand. Edit 3 - waited 50 mins until I heard them tell another customer that they were out of cold brew. So even though they had some when we ordered, it was out before we got our drinks. Left coffee-less and without time to get coffee anywhere else before our scheduled plans. I guess they need some time to work the kinks out. Edit 4 8/22/25 - they still haven't worked out inventory issues. They have been out of items several times between my last edit - especially cold brew. I want to take this review down but the disappointment...
Read moreI came in and ordered an iced shaken espresso. I did not realize that the coffee used that much milk. So when I got it in the drive thru and drove off I was not happy with the cream flavor that over powered the coffee. Instead of them just adding an extra shot and apologizing I had to pay 2.95 for 1 shot to be added. If I had not been in a hurry to get back to work from lunch I would have gotten my money back. They offered to remake it but I did not have the time to wait. I just wish starbucks customer service would improve. No one should have to pay $3 for 1 little shot. The lady at the register was going to just add the shot but the manager on duty told her she had to charge me for it. Do better for your customers who are unaware of how the drink is made. Today, I ordered by phone Travellers coffee again. I came to the store, the staff told me to "wait over there". I waited for 10 mins, not sure if they are doing my order or what. I waited further but after few walk in customers being served, I approached the staff and followed up about my order since everyone was doing their own thing.They have all alibis that they are supposed to attend to me but the customer was there in front ahead of me.
