I was there August 12, 2021. The guy they put me with John of 36yrs of experience. Did a very horrible job in cutting my hair. He had no clue on what he was doing. I even had a picture of the hairstyle and haircut I wanted. Which was done awesomely by a rookie of only 3 months at the time at another place. But she quit and I had a hard time finding another good stylist that knows what they're doing. My hair looked chopped up. And the stylist John argued with me the entire time. It wasn't even blended. I asked for the person in charge the next day. And I freaked. They did refund my money. Thankfully my hair was salvageable and I was able to go somewhere else where it was fixed. Sorella Salon is an amazing salon that I have been going to for about 3.5 years now. Caitlin never disappoints! She ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make my experience amazing! She stays on top of the latest trends and makes sure your hair stays healthy no matter what! She cares for your head as if it was her own! I highly recommend booking with her!

From the relaxing atmosphere, to the friendly stylists, the price, and final product- I would give them 10 stars if it was an option! They have a nice selection of clothing, accessories, jewelry, and hair products too! The setting is super nice too!...

What a mega spot! First of all, the building is gorgeous; spacious, high ceilings, industrial-esque, and chic. Not only that, but the people inside are super friendly! I called before I went and they were able to squeeze me in for a cut within an hour. Enter Val! Val did an incredible job with my cut, and gave me exactly what I wanted.
