Horrible. I bought a coupon to use there off of the Clipper site, aka Local Flavors. It did not expire until April 2025. Yet yest when we tried to use it. The woman refused it and said we have not sold on that site, and i swear they are trying to rob people. it is like no lady. Even though you might not have it on the site anymore (which i am pretty sure they do) When you made an agreement with the site. A date to honor it until was agreed on by both parties. So you and your business are not honoring them. It is not the site. So then i was like, cool. Let me get an order of tenders and fries for my daughter. We legit waited over 40 minutes for tenders and fries. You legit have to batter them, season them, and throw them in a fryer for 10 mins. The fries take even less time. Numerous people walked in after us, ordered, and left. While we waited over 40 minutes for an order of tenders and fries. Was it good? Yes, it was. Was it worth waiting for 40 minutes, good? No, it was not. The place is ok, but i would never go back again. SMH

Customers were hooking up their cell phones to the speakers in the place and playing their own music. It was a mess, yo.

Also, nothing was ready. They opened at 11. We came about 12. No oxtails. No mac n cheese. No egg rolls. Pretty much WTE i asked for was not ready yet. I know you opened an hour before, but you need to prep your food way earlier then. Instead of opening your doors and more than half the menu, it is not ready...

As a trucker, it’s tough to find food to eat however, we still try to source the best because we don’t have the access to real food, strictly fast food however I ran into this hidden gem, I got lost trying to find it, on my way trying to find this this place, I ran into a someone leaving with bag and I asked if it was a Jamaican restaurant then he told where it was, I also asked him what he got, he told me the curry chicken his first time and it was good so he trying the jerk chicken today. That gave me confirmation to truly stop and visit the photos I googled lol. I decided to try their fried chicken and rice and peas. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt like I was a relatives Eating. The presentation and servings were good. I love flavors and the flavors were there, from a Jamaican to the next, exceptional! Keep up the great work!. Because I got the oxtail gravy, The next time Im back in the area, I will be trying the oxtail. As for customer service. It was a very good experience. The lady was very sweet and polite 🥰

I do not do reviews often....but, I had to share this WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! We came from out of state for a 3 day training in the area on Tuesday, (16-SEP-2025). Googled Jamaican restaurants and this establishment, (Caribbean Soul Bowl), came up as the first and only option. Upon entering we were greeted warmly by a Very Nice young lady. She was very attentive to us and patient as we viewed the menu for the first time. We took the food back to our hotel and ENJOYED EVERY BITE...WOW!!!

Today is Friday, (19-SEP-2025), and we Returned to try other dishes on the menu. We had the pleasure of meeting and placing our order with one of the owners.
