I was in the process of moving from my home of 36 years and needed to downsize. I had consignment with this store for a treadmill and incline bench. The bench sold but the treadmill did not till November. I never heard from this store. Ever!!! I called several times and the excuse was that my phone number was disconnected?? Today I was told it was sold but that they left messages on my VM well they never had the correct phone number and each time I called and asked why I didn't get a call the person who answered said well we left you a message? excuse #1 Excuse# 2 my number was disconnected?? I was aware that the number was incorrect the 1st time ( I contacted them and never got a call back?) each time I called and corrected them but no one changed the number?? Too difficult for them to change in the computer??Each time and thereafter, when I called I corrected them. Well again the discussion was it was sold and I gave them the wrong number??? And the manager asked which employee I called date time and name? How does it become my problem?They had the right number originally since they called me to pick up the items?? Oh I never got a contract ( I don't think they got my email either nor my former address I am still getting mail forwarded) No effort to call and check the price quoted and was sold at a much lower price?? Where is my say so?? Consignment?? NOT!??! Frankly I only hear "immature" non professional attitude and "wining" like it's my fault?? REALLY!!!!!

I also gave the manager who picked up the treadmill my business card, email phone number and my twitter account!!

What stupidity I know this is a franchise but now it seems as if the attitude is "what do you want me to do"? Pay up on the agreed price and eat...

ZERO STAR REVIEW.... 3/23/19 Went to look for gear for my daughter. At point of entering the store with my kids and wife, the two staff members (white males) were welcoming and willing to help. As we looked around for what we needed, a white elderly male (customer) entered the store and both staff members greated him and ignored all other customers in the store. Keep in mind this is a very small store, and staff members can see and help customers from the counter. Not a big deal at first, but after a few minutes it got a bit awkward. Could not hear exactly what the elderly white male (customer) was saying to both white male staff members but all three of them were keeping a close eye on my family and I. Almost made it seem as though we were not welcomed or as they were conducting loss prevention surveillance on us. At first it did not bother me, but after a while, I noticed all three starring us down without saying a word or offering to help. I put down $300 worth of merchandise I was intending on purchasing and casually walked out of the store. Five minutes later, I ended up at Big 5, where the staff was friendly, made us feel welcomed and were willing to assist us to find what my daughter needed. We will not go back to this store. I went with my partner, we are not Americans, which is noticeable from our accent. We went in to sell a snowboard. Inside, there was a woman with her son, and they stared at us in an intimidating way without any reason. There were two staff members at the counter watching us, but they didn't say anything or help us. We were standing there with the snowboard (previously, my partner had asked if we could sell the board, they said yes, so we went to the car to get it; all of this happened when we came back in). We placed the board on the counter, but the staff didn’t assist us and started watching the baseball game that was playing on the TV. The woman kept staring at us in a hostile manner, while they ignored us. It was all very racist, and the treatment was terrible. When one of them finally decided to attend to us, he spoke very rudely and with no interest, saying that the board was too old and that they couldn't buy it. I’m not complaining about that—if the board is old, that’s fine—but their attitude and behavior were absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. I wouldn't wish such a poor experience with such unpleasant people on anyone. We went to another sports store, where we were treated...
