Walgreens — Local services in Plainfield Charter Township

The store itself updront is great and give them a 5 but the pharmacy, a zero. I also see I'm not the only one with same issues with this pharmacy. With that said, I left a survey your you as well as it's too long to write it all as so many problems occur here with your pharmacy. First off, always rude and doesn't let you finish talking. Transfers me before I'm done talking and also saying they billed the right insurance but didn't and you ask them to verify if and they realize then they made a mistake after repeatedly saying they didn't. #3 saying a prescription is ready when it's not. Several times in the past I had this issue and would wait in the store only to be there an hour or so and never hearing my name. I got back to pharmacy while in store and they lie and say they already called my name and it's gonna be more time. Then when I'm busy and have to wait another day to get my prescription , they send you notifications it's gonna be put back on shelves. Pharmacy staff is rude and glad I moved to CVS today. This is a serious issue you have here and Im obviously not the only one who has had similar issues. Need to treat people with kindness and respect and your pharmacy does not. The pharmacy has been terrible today and for the past few months. I have had my mom pick up my prescriptions for me the past two months and they have given her nothing but issues. The CVS is Amazing and I will be switching. I called last week and yesterday to make sure that my prescription would be ready because I know the holidays are a busy and hectic time and didn’t want to waste any of my moms time however clearly they love to do nothing but that. They told her that nobody had called it in and it would take additional time I have proof in my call logs of calling them last week and yesterday extremely disappointed with their pharmacy however the male pharmacist that I picked it up from today I felt incredibly sorry. a couple years ago I rated this place highly. Nowadays not so much. The pharmacy at the place wasn't able to get my proper birth control which never was an issue until now. Chloe was absolutely useless in helping us through this. She basically told us that we have to just start calling pharmacys and asking if they have it. I personally feel like if you guys can't provide the meds that I need the least you could do is steer us in the right direction and look up if any other places have the meds. Making us go on a wild goose chase just to make sure that I have the right birth control is ridiculous. I am so disappointed :( I understand that things happen and sometimes they aren't able to get the right meds but the level of disrespect and lack of compassion or willingness to help...
