Absolutely awful experiences with this pharmacy. Multiple scripts messed up, receiving the wrong medication, a refusal to listen to even the most basic of instructions, I've gotten calls saying my scripts are ready when they aren't, and they insist that it will take 20 minutes, sometimes more, to grab one item off a shelf. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and generally speaking incompetent staff. In the past 5+ visits, I've had one issue or another. I've had to walk out on multiple occasions out of pure frustration. My brother went to pick up his eye drops today , after getting a call the script was delayed , He went over anyway and they had the meds , he asked how much it would cost and they told him twice , 200.00 dollars ! I absolutely love the pharmacy team at this location, they are always kind and very quick even though they are so busy. We have been using them for years.
