Messaged them online inquiring about getting my Daith pierced. We agreed on day and time, went over pricing and what to expect. Day came and because of life, he wasn’t able to make it. He messaged me and was very apologetic and wanted to make it up to me and we decided on the next day. Next day came and I walked in, he was right there, apologizing again and told me what was going on. I told him it was totally fine, I get it, life happens and we are human. I told him how nervous I was and he was so gentle and it didn’t hurt nearly as bad as I thought. I had my rook jewelry fall out a couple months ago and he put in another ring for me. I got my belly button peirced, a month ago, from Ben and he did a wonderful job doing it, but also taking care of me afterwards. He answered my questions when I had them and even ordered me a longer bar for my belly button after a few concerns about the length of the original one.
