We recently visited Rug Town to shop for a new rug, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Here's why:

Very satisfied with our purchase from Rug Town.

We recently were in the market for a rug for our living room but had no real idea what we were looking for. I happened to notice the sign for this place while we were driving by and thought it would be a good first stop just to see what’s out there and the respective prices. Little did I know we’d be driving home with one that day!

Mo greeted us upon arrival and assisted us through the entire process. He started showing us rugs, one by one, asking questions and trying to gauge what we were interested in (we didn’t even know what we were interested in). There are so many options here, different colors, styles, fabrics, etc. a bit overwhelming!

After looking at what felt like 100+ options, we had some picked out that we kinda liked. At that point, we showed Mo a couple pictures of the room it would be going in, and he immediately had some additional options for us that he thought would work well. His eye was fantastic, as he showed us a few more and we really liked all of them. He then helped us narrow it down one by one (by choosing A or B each time) until we finally landed on the perfect rug.

The quality is excellent, the price was good compared to other places, and the rug works really well with the rest of the room.

Our only feedback would be to install better lighting in the store. At times it becomes very difficult to see all of the colors in the hanging rugs without shining a flashlight on them. The existing lights can also get obstructed by the large rugs as you flip through them. As a place that specializes in color/design in rugs, there should be some top notch lighting in the entire place to allow the customer to fully appreciate the details.

I was in need of a rug to go with new furniture purchased and I looked at At Home, Nebraska Furniture and a handful of other places, and couldn't find just what I was looking for. My husband suggested I go to Rug Town, in the small shopping center in our neighborhood and I am so glad I did.

I worked with Mo, the owner, and showed him a few photos of my furniture, living room and decor - I thought I knew what I wanted when I walked in, but his expertise was amazing. Not only did I end up going with the first rug he showed me, but he walked the store with me and showed me other options even though I think he knew what I was going to end up doing. I loved that he took the time and attention to talk with me and found something I loved.

I was panicking about delivery - I went in on a Tuesday and needed the rug by Friday - Mo delivered the rug himself Friday morning. Talk about service! The pricing was fantastic, the rug is excellent quality and is the perfect addition to my living room. At an event hosted that same weekend, my guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful the rug was.
