Update: The owner just left a comment on my review and called my accusations false and said I was never in her store. I was in your store today. My son, daughter, and husband were all with me. You have a little brown dog that walks around. You have a Halloween/pumpkin section right when you walk in. Your baby accessories are on the back wall (all pacifiers are 0-6 months). The computers at your checkouts are Macs. Should I continue? I was in there right before I left my review. So, the fact that you feel the need to get on here and lie, says it all. I worked in a high end retail store in University Park for 12 years. It was engrained in us to greet every customer, so it’s something I notice when I visit any retailer, but specifically smaller boutiques. I went out of my way to visit your store, and there was zero interaction between your staff and my family. Next time I will make sure to have my video on when I walk through and post that online, so you can’t come on here and trash people who went out of their way to support your business.

And by the way, I’ve posted 5 negative reviews over a 5 year period. I’m not some troll with nothing better to do. I compliment good businesses by giving them my repeat business (not posting about them) and I respond to bad businesses by making a review in hope to give someone else a heads up about what they could experience and give the owners some awareness. Seems like you couldn’t handle the awareness.
