I’ve been coming here for a while now I’ve spent $600+ with them . they even give you a little stamp card for everytime you come . Buy 10 sessions and they told me I’d get 40$ off yet tried arguing with me telling it’s only $10 off . So you’re saying spend $600 to get $10 off is so absurd to me but anywho I walked in to this place yesterday wanting a massage for two. (I always walk in , it’s rare that I call) the guy up front was acting like he couldn’t help me than was like we’re busy right now you should give a call so I asked if there’s a time he can get me tonight and then he goes to the back for a quick second comes back out and says they’re busy for the whole night . So I was like that’s weird because there has been times where I was getting a massage myself and the masseuse literally stops in the middle of my massage (no matter how many customers come in) to go outside and help customers at the desk which is very unprofessional. Anyway I end up leaving but I wanted to be petty so I gave them a call once I walked out the place and I asked if there was any availability today and the same guy who told me they were busy for the whole night told me YES there is for 9 o’clock and that was very weird considering not even 10 minutes ago you told me y’all were booked the whole night . So the guy straight up LIED to me which I find very errors and rude considering I’ve been a loyal customer . I won’t be coming back for this very reason even though y’all have me many reasons not to be back I still have it a couple chances . Next time don’t say y’all are busy and then when I call y’all aren’t. Oh and ALSO everytime I’m getting ready to pay for these massages I’m getting . The workers are always asking for tip . I am going to tip anyway but it’s strange to me that you’re asking for tips . I had this incident where I payed with cash once and the lady was going to keep my change holding on to it then said “tip” I was like I’m going to tip you , can I have my change back . If I could give ZERO starts then I will. Do not book here if you desire to feel comfortable, and relaxed. Don’t believe the other reviews because I personally know there lies. Nothing today about my couples massages was good. The ladies treated us like we were a joke. While getting body massages we had to asked several times for them to not massage so hard like 3 times. I continue to jump because it hurted so bad. Also, let’s not forget the fact when you tell them like what we did they continued. They will laugh and not apologize as if they’re trying to do it. Then I got burnt by the hot stones after telling her it was to hot- she processed to continued to try to proceed and laughed. The massage was so painful I left with bruises on my back..I’ve never gotten a massage that made me hurt with ache afterwards. I won’t be back funny part I was trying a new place. It’s a reason they’re running specials and empty. Lastly, when its time to pay I’m a great tipping even if services is bad I just won’t go back. We paid and tipped $10 on card and was tipping $20 on cash.. they seen we tipped $10 they said out loud very clear $10 and said it again $10 I tried to ignore because I knew $20 in cash would be given also. The ladies had to nerves to start talking in there native language and it caused nothing lady to get up and look at the screen. Discrimination at its finest… PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE NO MATTER WHAT SPECIALS THEY MAY HAVE AND DON’T BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS. SAVE GOUR...

I’ll give it two stars because the massage was good. Everything was nice, until the moment we were about to leave. I walked in tense and walked out tense! For my people with social anxiety, please beware and just walk to the counter to tip to avoid your anxiety shakes and sweats. I was walking to the guy and then he said thank you, so I assumed it was like a “thank you bye bye” so I got awkward and walked half out the door then he stopped my husband and I and said “tip?” I said sorry? He said “tip???” I said “oh yes sure” so I put $10. He scoffed and said “$10?? For both??” My anxiety went through the roof!! Mind you, there were 2? Or three? People sitting down waiting, too. I got very sweaty and my anxiety was bad :( so I put $20. He still didn’t like it.. but that’s what I have. I bought it off groupon to have an affordable date night with my husband. It was his first time going to a masseuse. I paid $130, but later found out it would’ve been cheaper if I bought it in person for $110. Everyone was lovely in the beginning but please be considerate of the people with anxiety. You could’ve at least asked me when the massage was finished. Not in front of people while I was walking out and making me walk back in :( I felt so embarrassed and got shaky. That was not okay…if it weren’t for that, this would’ve...
