this place is a toy collectors dream. they had almost everything you could imagine(within reasonable size) in this small shop. i ended up taking 50 pictures and i STILL didnt get pics of everything. not only does this place have some very rare or even one of a kind items(lots of autographed pieces), but the prices on everything is fantastic! which in collecting shops tend to price gouge with a "take it or leave it" attitude wheras these guys really set a fair price for their items. i walked out with a hot toys CW flash figure for only $200! for a hot toys, thats a steal! they even let me take him out fo the packaging to inspect him for damage before purchase which was a big deal to me cause that means they understand not just running a store but collecting itself. we had a great time chatting with the employess and quite frankly while our trip to miami was godawful, THIS place stood out as a shining star. we ended up stopping back again on our way back home. my wife and i love this place and am so glad they have a website and ship. if youre passing through to miami or in the ft lauderdale area this place is a MUST SEE. even if youre not a toy collector, this place will take you down memory lane seeing toys and figures you havent seen since you were a child looking at a stocked toy department of walmart. thank you, employees of blitz & buttons, you really were a fantastic place to visit during...

Ladies and gentlemen of the toy community, I would love to share with you my personal experience with Bitz & Buttons and how amazed I left that store. From the moment I stepped foot inside this establishment to the second I left, this 40 year old man did not want to leave the premises, not one bit. The owner and his staff treated me with such great respect, love, and compassion with every question I asked. They were kind enough to stop what they were doing and help sort through an arsenal of vintage toys I brought in. Dominick Masi, the owner of Bitz & Buttons, took such great care and attention to detail when it came to individually pricing each toy I brought in. He took his time ensuring that I was getting a fair market value, and let me tell you something South Florida, this man went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I thought each toy was worth. Dominick gave me a value WAY ABOVE what I was expecting. This man genuinely, and meticulously, verified each toy to ensure a 1000% customer satisfaction. I've been an avid fan of his YouTube channel for quite some time now and I instantly knew when I met him in person, he was going to give a fellow toy collector a time of his life. They have a great selection of product at very fair prices. I would unfortunately have to suggest ordering online. I placed an online order for pick-up in store and went the next day to go get it. It was my daughter and my first time in the store and so we decided to look around together to see what they had and if anything else caught our eye. Upon entering we saw an employee by the door and 2 more at the counter, all looked up and saw us but none said hello or acknowledged us in any other way. Following that we noticed that the employee closest to the door essentially silently followed us around the store as we shopped not asking if we needed help or anything, just sort of hovering around. Eventually we just decided to go to the counter and pick up my online order because it was becoming uncomfortable. The associate the counter was quite cold, they grabbed my order and handed it over but didn't bother to say anything along the lines of thank you or come again. This is really a shame as I have been a life-long comic and toy collector and it had been a really long time since I had had the chance to step into a specialty shop like this one.
