This place has seriously gone downhill since the new management took over. It used to be reliable under the previous owner, but now it’s a mess. Half the time you show up during business hours, no one is around. I’ve literally seen employees peek out from the back room and then vanish like they’re trying to avoid customers. Sometimes their breaks last forever with no signs or explanation. The quality of some products has noticeably dropped too. You’ll buy a certain product and the baggie will be already opened and you can tell that they resealed it. This has happened on numerous occasions. They have a loyalty program and almost never ask for your phone number to redeem points. Then they give a dirty look when you speak up and ask to use them. I’m honestly not even sure if this is a real business anymore or just some front. Either way, it’s not worth your time or money. Without better customer service, I don’t see this place...

Babyyy let me tell you — this shop might be small, but lord knows it’s mighty! I just moved back to Plantation after being in Coral Springs for years, and every gas station and corner store I hit up NEVER had my flavor of vape (and no, I’m not telling y’all what flavor it is, cuz I don’t need y’all running it dry on me lol).

One day I left the corner store next door with two flavors I ended up hating, and as I’m pulling out the lot I see this shop and was like lemme just check real quick. Chileee, THEY HAD MY FLAVOR!!! 🙌🏾 From that moment, they locked me in — I’m a loyal customer now, period.

DO NOT COME HERE !!! They don’t have real business here , out of 60% of the products they state they have . I had a shift change so I came in before work & The new guy they have there is very unpleasant. Another time a very rude employee woman that definitely didn’t wanna help or be there looks it. I only normally come in at night after my late shift & always got help & great customer service when the gentleman Dee was in the shop .
