Used them for a catered event. They delivered to my place of work and I set up. Ordered 5lbs of the jerk pork. The pan did not feel like 5lbs so I questioned if it was the right amount. Yes, was the original answer but she offered to pick up chicken from somewhere. I assume she knew it was the wrong amount. My work has a scale and I had it weighed, 3lbs. I called her back and now she was saying it was the wrong amount. She did come back with 2 chickens from Boston Market and gave me my money back for the missing 2lbs, but if this is how they conduct their business it is very sad. Not only skimping on quantity but the quality of the 3lbs I did receive was half fat. Not crisped like my Jamaican friends said it should be. Very disappointed in this establishment. Would not recommend.

I have been going here for 30+ years and I must say that it’s not the same the food is poorly fixed and chicken and pork was dry no gravy on the rice items missing that I clearly ordered under Postmates (Uber eats) and I didn’t receive them in my order. Went to the location to state that I didn’t receive my items and was told by a little young girl with a bad attitude that I never ordered it when I still have proof of my order.
