Went in to staples in Plastiow for a laptop after going to Salem NH because it was out of stock. A guy in Grey shirt came over and started his selling of warrentys and office stuff. I'm the type that believes warrentys on computers not worth it because of fast changes in tech and things get cheaper. He asked same questions the guy in salem did but in a very rude manner. I'm in sales and that is no way to sell. He was even using a guilty close like, it was a gift for loved one and he was like dont you want the best for them. They must get paid on it and I told him no straight up. Not intreasted. He kept repeating it and at that point all he wanted was to piss me off with a malicious intent. Read moreI can appreciate stores are understaffed. I went to cashier item rung up higher than tag on shelf. I questioned and basically cashier said that’s the price, do you want the warranty. No I am questioning the price. Then you don’t want the item. What happened to let me get somebody to check that. A little miffed went over grabbed priced tag and brought to two employees at tech counter. One said we just haven’t gotten around to change price but what is in register is right. Other more experienced said we have to honor tag. Back to register caught a little attitude from cashier and I was rude due to the non caring of customer service. I have had professional level artwork damaged, repeatedly received products that did not meet the specifically dictated instructions, and was given non-existant file types when asking for different formats (employee re-named "file".tif when .tiff was requested). Not worth the time, money or aggrevation. When i called to complain, I was hung up on repeatedly. Went in and left a message for the manager, never got a call back.
