Walmart has some of the weirdest patrons in the world. Other shoppers are odd. Some are completely rude and outright ignorant. The #1 reason I cannot stand going to WalMart is the other shoppers. They are the worst people you ever want to encounter. They make shopping there a nightmare. Walmart itself is GREAT. GREAT deals. Awesome employees. Very helpful associates. Those who work there make the shopping experience so much better. Especially if you need help with anything. They usually find a way to help. Perfect example. I recently lost my Walmart credit card IN THE STORE somewhere. I am not sure if a shopper or an employee found it but it was an employee that reunited me with the card after I had searched everywhere in the store. I retraced my steps to no avail but I heard someone in the pharmacy had come up with the card and alerted the manage. Good luck as the employee alerted management after I inquired as a last ditch effort asking as my final shot the cashier at the 1 last spot being the register at the outdoor garden center. He told me that someone found a card about 30 minutes ago (about when I had 1st arrived at the store) . He stated that it was found OUTSIDE. Funny as it is this same thing happened a few months ago at a different Walmart. The same scenario. I must have dropped the card as I was headed into the store (,I NEVER do this. Talk about luck. Of all the crazy rude and disrespectful ignorant customers I must have found THE ONE decent honest customer. TWICE. Bottom line. I got the card back. TWICE. I guess all Walmart customers arent BAD but all Walmart associates/employees are good eggs. Everyone involve in this on the Walmart employee end was kind and very polite and did whatever they could do to try to help. Funny thing was; I could not have done it without the help of the 1 decent Walmart customer that exists out there somewhere. If you happen to read this mystery customer I REALLY cannot THANK YOU enough for your honesty and kindness. You led me to have hope that there are still some decent people still out there in the world. Truly amazing. Walmart must have some kind of magic or something. 2 times I lost my Walmart card and 2 times I got wicked lucky and got it back at Walmart. The magic lives at Walmart. Great deals. Great prices. Nice employees. Good luck too. Amazing stuff. That's all I can say. Thank you Walmart and special THANK YOU to that ONE decent honest Walmart customer. THANK YOU whoever's you are that made my day and letting me know that NOT ALL Walmart customers are psychotic mental cases dressed like circus freaks with rotten misbehaving brats for kids throwing toys around that they shouldn't even have but they have total morons for parents certainly never should have been allowed to have children to begin with. Horrifying to say the least. UGH!!!! That is my crazy little wild Walmart story. The store in Plaistow NH is really a good store to shop at if you at if you can get past all the A-holes for customers and so is the Super Walmart in Seabrook NH too. That 1 is MUCH better with less weirdos and good employees but theres WAY too many senior employees though. WAY TOO SLOW CHECKING OUT. U spend more time in line checking out than I do shopping. It drives me friggin insane. Wicked slow at the...
Read moreI have shoped at this Wal-Mart at least once a week for the past 7 yrs, since i moved to the area. It is conveniently located, typically has everything i need, returns are easy and painless, and the prices( aside from the food) are generally lower than elsewhere. However, today when picking up a few things, I left feeling extremely aggravated and not wanting to make even one more trip to this location. Just about every aisle I went into had one or two carts filled with merchandise, which took up half of the space to get by. Accompanied with the merchandise were 2 to 4 employees kind of stocking the shelves but more so talking and not offering to move themself or the carts so that I could get by or better yet, get to what I needed to purchase. When not dealing with that, I was practically run over by an employee at just about every corner I turned. I even had an employee trying to rush by me but I was in her way. I could see her out of the corner of my eye. I finally stopped and looked at her. She apologized but still squeezed herself by me instead of waiting for me to get out of the way. Oh, and this is while she was in deep conversation with another employee. What I have not mentioned is that I had my children with me. While they are not babies, they are still young and it would have been respectful not to be on top of me and offer some assistance, or at least just make room for me and my children to get by. My daughter was holding on to the side of the cart and walking along with me. Because, once again, there was a huge cart filled with merchandise blocking the end of the aisle and only allowing just a cart to get thru, I had her move in front of me. I talked to her loud enough so that the employees standing there noticed us. One of the women moved the cart so we could squeeze through, barely. Oh and guess what she was doing? Yep, talking to another employee. I mentioned at the beginning of my rant that the prices are generally lower, except the food. I was trying to avoid going to more than place and thought I could pick up the few groceries I needed. Each item seemed really expensive to me so i decided i would make another stop at the grocery store instead. Sure enough, a large tub of butter was only 50 cents more than a very small tub at Walmart. This is just one example but the other items were the same. I could not get everything needed today and planned to make another trip early tomorrow on my way out of town for the weekend. I will find another Wal-Mart I can stop at on the way or maybe even another store with better business practice but I will not be going back to this location tomorrow. And I'm not sure I will go back at all. Traveling the extra 15 mins to Salem seems...
Read moreI don't know where to start... Me and my friend/roommate were waiting in the customer service line cuz we needed to return something. My friend/roommate said she felt dizzy and needed to sit down so I went and asked for an electric wheelchair/cart cause my friend is having a hard time standing saying she felt like she was gonna pass out... I was then told 2 of their electric wheelchairs/carts were broken and the other two were being used. I then asked if they had a manual wheelchair but the associate said no! They had nothing to help us with nor did they care! I wasn't making it up when I said for the second time to the unhelpful associate: my friend is gonna end up passed out on the floor! I then went back to where my friend was and she said she needs some water so I went looking for water but there's no bottled water up front in any coolers nor on any shelves (only large cases or gallons) but FINALLY I saw an associate that helped me get water and on my walk back to my friend/roommate customers were waving for me to hurry cause my friend passed out and was on the floor! I was upset with how my friend needed help but there was no help! I TRIED TO HELP & I TRIED TO GET MY FRIEND HELP but still she couldn't get the assistance she needed and look at the results!?! REALLY? One of the biggest departments stores in the world yet 2 of the 4 electric carts they own are broken?!? SHAMEFUL!!! And PLEASE train/teach your associates what to do in a situation like this! AND to top everything off they didn't have any of the 5 bottles of wine that I needed or the Amazon or Dunkin Donuts gift cards that I needed! This was a Walmart trip I wanna forget... A Walmart trip I wish never happened! 🤷♀️ JS 🤷♀️ This is NOT ok! Do u not care that my friend didn't have an electric wheelchair/cart to use while shopping at your store because 2 of the carts r ALWAYS broken which leaves only 2 carts that do work! They're ALWAYS broken it seems for years now it's been like this. I can't even tell u how many times my mother whom was a double amputee couldn't get a cart so she could do her shopping... It is/was very upsetting & unfair then with my mom and now with my friend/roommate! U R LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS DOWN BY NOT CARING ENOUGH ABOUT THEM AND THEIR WELL-BEING!!! MY FRIEND ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM...
