The Paper Store — Local services in Plastow

I used to shop here religiously for cards and other gifts. I wanted a specific item advertised in their Christmas catalog. When I went into the store, they hadn't received it yet, so they put me on a list to call when it came in. I waited a week or so, and called to see if they had gotten the item. I got a wised mouthed clerk who said, " Have you heard of the world wide shipping container problems? I hung up on her, and am very discouraged and will jo.longer be giving them my business. They should train their staff better. Disgusted...

Broke a glass I received as a gift. Went in to try to find a replacement because I love it. This location did not have one, but the associate called other locations and tracked it down for me.

I am beyond thrilled since my glass doesn't show up on the paper stores website. This associate truly went ABOVE and BEYOND!!!

Will definitely be back, this associate is wonderful, I truly wish I knew her name. She truly deserves...

Becareful with their return policy. Unlike 99% of other retailers they can't return the item using the card that was used for purchase. We bought an item there for a present and it was defective so we were just looking to exchange it for a working one but we don't save receipts because we always have the card...
