Sunroom Escapes — Local services in Pleasant Hill

We paid 24,000 for a 12by 20 deck. The process was incredibly stressful since we had poor communication with the owner Rick. During the process things changed multiple times changing the price. We were absolutely floored by the ending price and quality. Rick was slow to give us a price for the deck while he continued to have his men work on the deck. This was particularly stressful as we did not know what we were going to be charged. Just to move on from the stress we decided to pay and move on with our lives. The stair boards were different lengths, differing by more than an inch. This caused bowing in the stairs. Later they came back to fix this by hacking the longer boards shorter. None of these boards were cut straight. The nails on the stairs were not predrilled causing bubbling since we used trecks. The way the stairs were cut, one end is raised causing a tripping hazard at the top of the stairs. We have small children and lots of elderly relatives. Now my husband will have to go back to replace the stairs in order to get it right. We had left over boards from the project we were planing on using but Rick had them picked up and returned. Sunroom escapes installed all new windows in my home approximately 10 years ago. The installation was completed on time and very much to my satisfaction.
