Trip 1) I can't keep up with when their actually open. Good luck calling for info. Online says open, get there...it's closed.

Trip 2) The food is SOAKED in oil. I understand frying. But it's so soaked in oil you can no longer sense there's food present. Also, toasted apparently means fried here.

Trip 3) It took 40 minutes to get our drinks after ordering, and they were not busy. They we're working, but they just weren't prioritizing and kept forgetting they had people to serve. We had to go and chase staff down. And then they brought our drinks at seperate times.

It is clean and spacious. Ok TV set up.

Really wanted to be a fan here. It's such an entertaining establishment in the area. Ownership changed and it's gone downhill. We'll stick to games...

The atmosphere is up to date and modern, which, to me, is a little cold and not homey like it used to be before the name change. The cavatelli was average, a little too sweet for what I normally like. It was good, just not what I'm used to (Benchwarmers, Helen & Pat's, The Tavern, etc). The salad was not made with Iceberg lettuce, so it wasn't really very good. The cheeseburger was ok but had way too much bun for the size of the burger. The French fries were bland and really just not very good. Our server was brand new. She was very sweet and attentive. We liked our server!!! I'm hoping that if Randy gets. Trophy's/Plaza Lanes rebuilt, that he will keep it cozy like both places used to be, and not make it such a cold, unfriendly...

Ordered plain chicken wings. They came out breaded. I showed the lady the picture of the menu and she said I couldn't see the breading because it had sauce on it. 😂 The description didn't include breading and said sauced and tossed. The food was disappointing. I paid for it but didn't eat it. Pretty limited menu. Ranch isn't resturant style for people who love that, it was pretty terrible. Waitress was nice. There were multiple workers there so I say that to not point out the person to not get them in trouble but a worker told me that the food there was terrible and they actually recommend against eating there.
