bleached / highlighted my hair at this salon before moving to dubai. worst salon ive ever been to. absolutely rude & scammer hair stylist who completely ripped me off. i asked for a blonde bayage and instead got an uneven orange mess. told me i needed only one session in the beginning and then told me i needed 2 more sessions to achieve my desired hair at the end. totaled me to $350 after telling me the exact price will be $130-150 and WON’T go up. currently at a new salon in dubai and my professional hair stylist is telling me how badly asymmetrical the face frame & money piece is, how bad i need color correction, how uneven my hair is. hairstylists even joked about scamming customers infront of my face and then assumed my RACE. the hair stylist doing my hair started rushing on my hair because it got close to closing time which resulted in an uneven haircut. making sure nobody goes to this scammer salon. i would of been better off doing my own hair at home then coming to this slum full of insensitive,...

The owner and stylist were very nice and tried their best to accommodate me but overall will not go again. I showed a picture of my current hair and what I wanted done weeks before the appointment and was quoted estimate 180-200. They ended up dying my a hair completely wrong color. I asked for black hair with red streaks and got an all over burgundy/purple color. They got me scheduled in again for the following week to fix but still charged me $90 (only for the products used). I go in the following week and they fix it to match but picture, but charged me $200 plus tax so I ended up paying over $300 for my hair total. Then I noticed when I got home that the back didn't even have the red streaks like it was supposed to. Overall, the place was beautiful and the staff was very nice but ill be going back to box dye or find somewhere...

I went in for a full set of volume lashes. I was there for a little over two hours leaving with a set that appeared more hybrid than anything. I was missing extensions on the inner corners of both eyes and the outer corner of my left eye. She thankfully filled in the sparse areas, but the set was nothing near volume. My main issue is that as my extensions are falling out I noticed that they are attached to multiple of my natural lashes which can be damaging. There was no isolation and the process has been painful and has caused itchiness...
