
Siam Thai Cafe dining area is a bit small and that may an issue. The food.... Shumai- nice and tender savory little pods of flavor. The Crispy pork belly matched with the Red Curry. The waitress brought out a little tray of spices that we could adjust the heat of the dish on the fly. I ended up with the Chilis garlic fish oil. It had a very good heat but not a mouth scolding. The Khoa Soi noodle dish was nice and creamy with a good amount of veggies. If anything it may have used a bit more lime but that's a preference. Little to no thai flavors and mostly bland with very small portions at very high prices. Half our table ordered the Pad Thai and it was probably one of the best Pad Thai I've ever sampled. Those that ordered it agreed. My daughter had the Ramen and slurped it up!
