SinDo Pan Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Pleasant Valley Township

Food was great and our server was amazing, but the manager completely ruined the end of an otherwise good night. A simple billing error turned into an argument, miscommunication, and zero ownership. Instead of coming over to explain or apologize, he had the server speak for him, and the corrected bill somehow came back higher than the original. When he finally did come over, he argued before eventually fixing it and had someone else drop off the corrected bill instead of addressing it himself.

For a new restaurant, leadership like that is concerning. A quick apology and basic guest service would have solved everything. Great place, but the manager that worked tonight needs...

We went Saturday afternoon during their soft opening. Chef and his Boys knocked it out of the park again. We had a sushi roll and chicken satay to start. We really enjoyed both. We had the excellent Ramen, chicken and pork! IT WAS SOOO GOOD! We sat at the bar Alissa was as charming and cool as ever. The new place is larger than we expected, and has a great vibe. They have a great patio area, that we look forward to enjoying next spring. We were both really impressed. The new menu has so many things on it We want to try. We look forward to coming back...
